Christmas break, or winter break, is fast approaching (actually about

45 minutes away!). During this time, we are not required to practice any athletics, but I think I will, just to keep in shape.

Recently I was in Toronto. I was playing in a badminton tournament, and I got a silver medal, which is pretty good for me.

Very soon I will be going to Toronto for a badminton tournament. This is a very big tournament for me, and I hope to get a medal. This is not the only away tournament I am playing this year, however, so I hope to have lots of fun this year. Also, I am now getting used to the habit of blogging, although I only glob for IT.

Badminton Tournaments

I have decided to dedicate this entry to experiencing badminton tournaments. A badminton player has a chance to show off his skill in mass competitions called tournaments. Depending on his age, he will be categorized into six basic groups; U10, U12, U14, U16, U19, and U23. The males and females are segregated since they both have varying skill. I have played in numerous tournaments myself, and they are a great chance to meet new friends and build competitive experience.

This is my first time blogging on this particular website. The reason why I included particular is because I actually have blogged on WordPress before. I have, however, learned something new about Blogging using WordPress. I learned that you can access your Blog through your domain name. This makes it really easy to access your blog. In general, I will blog about Sports, in particular badminton. I chose badminton because I play the sport quite a lot. Here is a great picture depicting Peter Gade, my favorite badminton player.
